We've received a few last minute questions from our families and patrons so we want to make sure we address all your concerns! Here are some of the frequently asked questions we are sharing.

What is the location, date, and time?
Friday, February 25

Check-in begins at 6:00, event begins at 6:30
What do I wear?
Attire is business casual. We want you to be comfortable so dress as fancy as you like. Casual jeans/T-Shirts are not recommended.
Can I begin bidding now?
YES! You can begin bidding now and please share the link with families and friends! You can support us in person or from other locations. Setup your account at HCA GALA BIDDING. Share the link with friends and families!
How do raffle tickets work?
If you order raffle tickets and packages online and are planning to attend the event, we will have your tickets ready for you at check-in. If you aaren't planning to attend in the event, email the Gala Committee with your name, phone number, and the packages you want your tickets placed (for blue tickets and raffle packages).
Can I participate in the Live Auction if I'm not attending the event?
The website isn't designed to accommodate live auction bidding but you can setup a Proxy Bidder Account by emailing the Gala Committee. Proxy Bidders must provide name, phone number, desired packages, maximum bid amount, and have a valid credit card on file no later than Thursday, February 24.
